Originally from Pithiviers, Laurent Legivre began his apprenticeship at "La Crémaillère," working as the right-hand man of Paul Huard, a world-renowned chef known for his macaroon creations by the Michelin guide. He then continued his culinary journey at the RITZ, a famous Parisian palace, working alongside Chef Christian Constant. Today, he is the head chef of Les Saules of Domaine de Vaugouard. Laurent Legivre displays his passion and experience in cooking by highlighting his famous techniques through his famous seafood and fish dishes.
